Hey there! I’m Jeremy Spencer, your friendly neighbourhood REALTOR® with Brunswick Royal Realty, proudly serving Riverview, Moncton, and the surrounding areas. Born and raised right here in Riverview (with a brief but meaningful stint in Halifax), I quickly learned there's truly no place like home especially when home is the Maritimes, where housing markets are as welcoming and varied as the people who live here.

Before diving into real estate, I spent a decade building relationships in electrical distribution, connecting with some of the best tradespeople around—electricians, plumbers, painters, carpenters you name it. Speaking of projects, my wife and I bought our first home back in 2009, rolling up our sleeves and transforming it top to bottom. Okay, let’s be real, she’s probably the brains behind the interior design. I mostly handle the heavy lifting and endless trips to the hardware store. But seriously, that experience has shown me firsthand what turns a house into a home. So whether you’re eyeing that picture-perfect move-in-ready gem or secretly dreaming of your own fixer-upper adventure (let’s chat drywall!), I’ll be right there beside you, every step of the way.

When I’m not helping clients make big moves, you'll usually find me knee-deep in dad life with my wonderful wife and three incredible daughters. Our house is also ruled by our German Shepherd/Husky mix, Gallie (named after the Montreal Canadiens’ Brendan Gallagher, obviously!), and our five mischievous cats who think they own the place. In between home projects and kid chauffeuring, you’ll catch me hitting the trails in my Side-by-Side, woodworking in the garage, or passionately yelling at my TV during hockey season ... Go Habs Go!
